My practice
Hi there, I am a PACFA-registered psychotherapist working in private practice. My therapeutic approach is grounded in an integrative and non-pathologising view that draws upon the latest research while always honouring the primacy of your lived experience. I believe that therapy is a natural collaborative process of co-regulation and inner enquiry that simply creates the ideal conditions for healing to occur. Over time, this process allows deep and lasting change to be possible. As your therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you in those difficult places, through the hard times, and into a renewed sense of self.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer therapy that is tailored to you and your unique challenges. My aim is to experience the world as you do, to truly understand you, and reflect this back with care. My main areas of focus are adult attachment & relationship issues, grief & loss, life transitions, meaning & purpose, meditation, and ecotherapy.
