About me

My practice
I am a qualified counsellor, professional member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia), holder of a BA in Science but l think more importantly, am a lover of people.

Along with my other qualifications, as a meditator, l offer to guide and teach practices such as mindfulness & somatic meditation, which are useful tools available to everyone in every moment.

Using a holistic approach whilst including modalities such as creative therapy, NVC (Nonviolent Communication), CBT & a person-centred approach, I offer a wide range of knowledge, experience and down to earth practices to help unlock blocks within.
