My practice
Jaimi is a counsellor who provides a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore what’s happening in their lives and what feels most important to them at the moment. Her approach is collaborative, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. Jaimi works alongside clients to support clarity, growth, and healing.

Jaimi draws on integrative therapy, adapting sessions to each client’s needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. Her work often incorporates elements of interpersonal therapy (focusing on relationships and connection), CBT (to address unhelpful thoughts and patterns), and positive psychology, always grounded in compassion and respect.
