About me

My practice
I am consulted by adult individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds in Byron Bay, Bangalow and nationally via telehealth and online sessions (Zoom, FaceTime, Skype and mobile). I also provide supervision and supervision of supervision. I work with a wide range of issues at your own pace. This includes short and long term work. As an integrative therapist I tailor my approach to your specific needs in a gentle, safe and supportive relationship, often helping people to be themselves in difficult circumstances. I teach counselling through university, have managed Lifeline Sydney, worked with Medibank Health for BeyondBlue, and been Director of Sydney Campus with ACAP. My research investigated therapists sense and use of self with a life-threatening illness and I have published a number of book chapters. I also supervise a wide range of health professionals including counsellors, therapists, educators, psychologists, GPs, and nurses and offer supervision of supervision.
