My practice
I am a bilingual (English/Chinese) registered psychotherapist and counselor with two master’s degrees, including Social Science and Psychotherapy and Counselling. I have undertaken extensive postgraduate psychotherapy training and I am a Member of the Australian Counselling Association and a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation(PACFA). I am Chinese background. As a registered psychotherapist and counselor, my professional background integrates Western psychological theories and practices. I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional distress, transitional traumas, and challenges at different life stages.
I believe that everyone possesses innate wisdom and the potential for self-healing within. By integrating Eastern and Western wisdom, I aim to accompany my clients on their journey of self-awareness and exploration, helping them discover inner balance and strength.
