About me

My practice
I am a specialised Grief Counsellor with over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Counsellor. My personal understanding of grief, together with my professional experience allows me to support individuals with compassion, empathy and genuine understanding through some of life's most difficult experiences.
I work with people experiencing bereavement, loss, trauma and major life transitions, recognising that grief is deeply personal and affects everybody differently. I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions and process their experiences at their own pace.
My approach is grounded in compassion, respect and emotional safety and the belief that healing can emerge through connection, insight and the discovery of inner strength.
For accessibility and convenience, I offer outreach services where appropriate, and secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer remote support.
