About me

My practice
I’m Mark, and I believe good counselling begins with the freedom to be fully human. I support adults and teens navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship issues, and major transitions. With experience across diverse cultures and communities, I honour your story, values, and pace. I work in a collaborative, relational way to explore the meanings you make of experiences.

I utilise Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, existential work, and somatic techniques. I’m deeply interested in how trauma touches the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and I explore these dimensions in ways that honour your values.
