About me

My practice
I'm a psychotherapist based in Pymble on Sydney's Upper North Shore. I work with adults navigating life's major transitions and challenges, whether it's menopause, empty nesting, retirement, separation, workplace stress or serious illness, their own or those they care for. The kind of shifts that can quietly knock you sideways.
My approach is warm, unhurried, and deeply person-centred. I draw on trauma-informed practice, attachment theory, neuroscience, and relational psychotherapy. What that means in practice is simply this: I pay careful, attuned attention to you. We work together, at your pace, to understand what you're carrying and how to move forward.
I offer in-person sessions at my consulting rooms in Pymble and Telehealth sessions across Australia.
If you are wondering whether therapy might help, I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can have a conversation and see if we might be a good fit. There is no obligation and no pressure to proceed.
