About me

My practice
I am a Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist with advanced training in EMDR and Schema Therapy. I bring a wealth of extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families, children and teenagers through mindful connections and a person-centred approach. I place strong value around relationships, communication with a focus on trauma and ADHD, exploring therapeutic goals to facilitate motivation, improving wellbeing, growth and more fulfilment in life.

Recognising that at times life can be tough, I utilise evidence-based therapies to support change in a safe and nurturing manner and environment.
I am trained in working with Couples, Families, Children and Adolescents. My specialities include ADHD Management and Coaching, EMDR and Schema Therapy, Hypnotherapy, TimeLine Therapy, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Trauma Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Grief and Loss. Please contact me if you have any queries. I look forward to hearing from you :-)
