About me

My practice
I'm a PACFA Registered Counsellor and Clinical EFT Practitioner working online with clients across Australia and worldwide, and in person on the Gold Coast. I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I draw on Clinical EFT alongside counselling and psychotherapy, working in a trauma-informed, paced way with anxiety, complex PTSD, depression, grief, emotional abuse recovery, and chronic pain. Clinical EFT works somatically — at the level of the nervous system — which is often what helps when something hasn't shifted through understanding alone.
Whether you're new to this work or have tried other approaches before, my focus is on creating enough safety for the nervous system to actually settle, and working at a pace that feels manageable rather than overwhelming. Sessions are available online via secure video, or in person on the Gold Coast.
