My practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with individuals (children. adolescens and adults) from all walks of life.
I use a holistic framework that integrates biological, sociological, cultural, psychological, spiritual and psychodynamic factors.
My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and person-centred and is inspired by a range of modalities including: attachment theory, systems theory, existentialism, developmental psychology, sensorimotor psychotherapy and mindfulness practices.
I endeavor to create a safe and empowering space for inquirers to come into a deeper self-awareness and understand how relationships and experiences have shapes their sense of self and life.
