My practice
Alison has over 30 years experience as a practicing counsellor and therapist with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Practice focus is on mindfulness, trauma informed psychodynamic therapy and gentle, respectful care. Alison is a provider for Workers Compensation and Motor Crash Compensation (SIRA Provider number 23969).
