About me

My practice
I am an experienced counsellor and former psychologist offering compassionate, trauma-informed support for adolescents, adults and families across Australia in my online practice. With over 15 years clinical experience , I bring a depth of psychological training and therapeutic skill to my work, combined with a warm, grounded and collaborative approach.

I specialise in supporting people navigating trauma, anxiety, family stress, substance use concerns, and the emotional impacts of chronic illness and cancer, I also have extensive experience working with NDIS particpants, victim-survivors, and parents seeking support for teens experienceing overwhelm, behavioural challanges or significant life transistions.

I integrate evidence-based approaches with a focus on creating a safe, steady and non-judgemental space where clients can process their experiences, develop effective coping strateigies and work towards meaningful healing and change.
I offer online counselling, providing flexible and accessible support for individuals and families who prefer to connect from the comfort of their own space. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood and empowered as they navigate difficult times and build a more stable, hopeful future.
