My practice
I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life to overcome their challenges which may include life stressors or transitions, grief, anger, sadness, maternal loss, trauma, feeling stuck or lost and relationship breakdowns. I provide an empathetic, client-centred approach to working collaboratively with my clients to support them along their journey.
