About me

My practice
I am a relational and compassionate therapist committed to supporting clients as they navigate lifes challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals rebuild a strong sense of self, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster more meaningful connections. I provide a respectful, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences.

I work with adults, young people, and families, with particular experience in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and relationship difficulties. I also have a strong interest in supporting expats and individuals navigating life transitions, identity, and belonging. I recognise that every persons history is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your needs.

I offer a complimentary introductory session, giving you the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and ask any questions you may have. There is no obligation to continue this time is for you to decide whether we are a good fit.
My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we explore feelings, patterns, and experiences with curiosity and compassion, working toward understanding, healing, and reconnection with yourself and others. While we may reflect on the past, I also support you in moving forward toward living more fully, authentically, and with greater confidence.

All sessions are currently offered online, with flexible daytime and evening appointments available.

Beginning therapy is an investment in your well-being. I am here to walk alongside you as you build trust, clarity, and the foundations for lasting change.
