About me

My practice
I practice using process-oriented psychology. I value this as an approach as it allows exploration to move deeply and safely below the layers of cognition. It enables a effective pathway to deeper understanding of the dynamics of a persons psyche. By understanding these dynamics, the solutions to the problems being presented emerge naturally and authentically from within the person themselves. This understanding helps to illuminate solutions to further problems that may emerge and can be carried forth into life beyond the lifespan of the counselling relationship.

I have personally experienced deep, lasting and significant changes from my own experiences working with a variety of therapists on myself and hold a deep conviction of the value of this work.
