I am a newly certified counsellor with a background in nursing. I am a humanistic therapist, meaning that I care for my clients through a holistic lens, focusing on their potential for growth and self-discovery. My professional toolbox covers many therapy modalities to address the uniqueness of my clients. Above all I aim to develop a therapeutic relationship with all my clients that is genuine, respectful, and honest. My special interests are women's mental health and neurodiversity.
