My practice
I provide online counselling anywhere in Australia. I have a special interest in women who are childless but not-by-choice, or those experiencing mental health challenges during perimenopause or menopause. I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression or stress, going through life transitions or are dealing with substance use (their own, or someone else’s).

I provide a kind, supportive and understanding place for you to explore feelings and issues, and work through whatever's holding you back from living the life you really want.
