About me

My practice
At Pathways Psychotherapy, we offer a safe and supportive space for people seeking understanding, healing and meaningful change. I primarily work with women, men and young people who feel the need for support for their trauma, grief and challenges related to attachment and interpersonal relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to help clients to feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward greater emotional balance and a more fulfilling relationship with themselves and others.
