Hi, my name is Kirsten and I am the Counsellor/Psychotherapist at Ebb to Flow counselling services.
Having a Masters in Counselling means that my methodology is always supported by research and is evidence based.

Life can be hard, and it can be tough to find our way back to the person we long to be. Maybe you are feeling alone in trying to manage life. I am here to help and support you.

If you are a parent and worried about how your child or teenager is interacting with the world, feel free to contact me. I have 15 years experience working as a counsellor in schools.
