About me

My practice
Choosing a counsellor you feel comfortable with can make a real difference. I offer trauma-informed counselling for adults, adolescents and children aged 6+, with a strong focus on DV/IPV, emotional abuse, coercive control, trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, autism and emotional regulation. My practice is neuroaffirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming, with support tailored to the individual and their goals.
Alongside practical strategies for day-to-day coping, I also work with clients to explore underlying issues that may be contributing to distress, supporting insight, deeper healing and longer-term change. I also support eligible NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants with counselling and capacity-building goals.
As an ACA Level 2 registered counsellor with a Master of Counselling, I aim to provide a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where clients feel seen, supported and empowered.
