Rachel Masih has been in human services since 2010, transitioning through roles from casework to complex case management, focusing on at-risk youth and multicultural communities. She has spearheaded initiatives and collaborated with services to advocate for outcomes, particularly in crisis intervention and family/domestic violence within diverse communities. Rachel’s passion lies in cross-cultural work and advocacy, enriched by personal and professional experiences.

Rachel is married to Jacob, a native of Punjab, North India, and together, they have cultivated cross-cultural knowledge and a global worldview through connections across the USA, Nepal, and India, enriching their understanding of religion, traditions, gender roles, and societal norms.
