My practice
Hello, I am a registered Medicare provider, highly professional and compassionate bilingual psychotherapist/counsellor (English, Mandarin) and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than 7 years of clinical experience. I am also a professionally trained and qualified relationship/marriage counsellor (Dr. John Gottman method of couple counselling level 3 trained).
My clinical counselling strategies include CBT, ACT, Solution-focused, Mindfulness, Strength-based, Interpersonal psychotherapy, Trauma-informed approach as well as Gottman Method for couple counselling/therapy and systemic family approach. I apply the biopsychosocial assessment to understand you and the situation holistically.
My practice is based on the person-centered approach that places human dignity firmly in the center. I would like to help you understand the source of your problems and to support you find the solutions and develop the skills so you can create the life you want.
