About me

My practice
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with PACFA, bringing over 14 years of experience to my private practice, Living Neuro, I offer online 1:1 counselling, psychotherapy, and workshops across Australia. My approach is holistic, blending somatic and psychodynamic talk therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed, and Jungian depth psychology to support individuals on their journey of self-discovery.

I specialise in helping those recovering from complex trauma, integrating mind-body medicine, modern neuroscience, and Polyvagal Theory with creative therapies and wisdom traditions.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and explore deeper aspects of your psyche. Over time working together to create more of the life you want; feeling safer in your own skin and with others.

In addition to my private practice, I’ve worked extensively in NGO, NFP, and government settings, offering group and individual therapy for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and CPTSD. My experience also spans trauma, end-of-life care, and corporate wellness.

If you're ready to explore meaningful change, I invite you to reach out through my website.
