My practice
I am a person-centred sex therapist and counsellor who is passionate in helping people feel less alone in their struggles. Shame and stigma can particularly impact our experience of sex and our bodies. I am a warm and compassionate sex therapist who values the therapeutic relationship and its capacity to help clients feel empowered, supported and directed towards their definition of a meaningful life. I am non-judgemental and draw from somatic approaches as well as cognitive talk-based approaches.
