About me

My practice
I am currently practicing as a counsellor at Morrow Endeavour Counselling and Psychotherapy in Essendon. I support clients in navigating life transitions, relationships patterns and boundaries, communication issues, stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity concerns, and so on. Many seek personal growth, clarity, stronger decision-making and interpersonal skills, and resources to navigate challenges.

I take an integrative approach in counselling, incorporating modalities such as CBT, SFBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to address diverse needs. Adopting a trauma-informed approach, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to foster open communication and client autonomy. My professional goal is to specialise in trauma counselling, specifically in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I'm actively engaging in professional development and plan to incorporate elements of both approaches into my practice in the meantime.

Whether this is your first time seeking counselling or you've had previous experience, I wanted to ensure that you have a positive therapeutic experience. I'm here to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk about whatever is on your mind. Together, we explore your experiences and work toward improving mental well-being, breaking unhelpful cycle, gaining a sense of control, and living a life that aligns with your values.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or are interested in working together!
