My practice
My client focus is working with young people (15 years plus), adults and families.
My specialist areas are trauma and grief which extends to supporting associated symptoms of mental health issues such as; suicidality, self-harm, depression, anxiety and dissociation.

My professional practice is trauma informed, culturally humble and utilises an eclectic mix of therapeutic models to promote a strengths-based client focused experience for healing and positive therapeutic outcomes.
