About me

My practice
I am a warm, compassionate counsellor who offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I bring both professional training and lived experience of recovery, allowing me to meet you with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for your journey. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed. I work gently alongside you, helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we can make sense of what’s happening for you, build emotional safety, and reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of self.
I believe healing happens through connection. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, where we can sit with what feels difficult, and where change can emerge naturally over time. I trust in your inner wisdom and your capacity to grow, even in the midst of struggle.
I hold a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and have experience working with diverse individuals and groups. I support clients navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is tailored to your unique needs. You don’t have to do this alone — I’m here to walk alongside you.
