My practice
I am a person-centred psychotherapist offering individual and group therapy in a warm, trauma-informed setting. My practice is grounded in empathy, presence, and a deep respect for each client’s unique path. I integrate principles from interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and emotion-focused work to support healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer executive coaching with a focus on authenticity, leadership, and purpose.
