My practice
I'm a psychotherapist with a background in education and special education, which has shaped my practical, grounded approach and my understanding of neurodivergence, learning differences, and the emotional lives of young people.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults using narrative therapy, expressive arts, IFS-informed approaches, somatic work, and ACT, adapting my style to suit each person.
