My practice
I offer confidential and individualised sessions aimed at creating a safe, non-judgemental environment for women of all ages to explore issues, develop greater self-knowledge, and make positive life changes. My counselling approach is person-centred, trauma and Polyvagal Theory-informed, with a focus on the body-mind connection. I'm deeply committed to guiding and supporting women to navigate challenges and difficulties and move towards more empowered lives.
