About me

My practice
At the core of my therapeutic practice is healing through connection. Focusing on the relationship between client and therapist, I create a safe, warm and supportive environment. My experience is that this relational capacity and self-knowledge developed in therapy can then extend outside the therapy room, into the life of the client. Underpinning this, I believe feeling safe is the healing aspect, and so I create a space where clients can fully bring themselves, where vulnerability is welcomed, and where deep personal transformation can unfold. True healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and held without judgment. In this space, we can explore the blocks that hold us back from fully living, untangle relational patterns, and address the stuckness that may shape our experiences.

My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and narrative therapy, involving somatic knowledge and creative expression. I draw upon these frameworks to guide clients through an exploration of their personal stories, relationships, and emotional landscapes. My practice is non-medicalized and depathologizing, focusing not on diagnoses or labels but on the unique lived experience of each individual. I believe that feelings and behaviors make sense within the context of each person’s life, and my role is to walk alongside my clients as they uncover the deeper meaning behind their struggles.

Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I know firsthand the value of this work. As a client myself, I have benefited greatly from engaging in my own therapeutic process, which has deepened my understanding of the healing relationship and strengthened my commitment to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space for others.
