About me

My practice
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, and relationship challenges. Often, these difficulties are connected to deeper emotional patterns and past experiences that can be hard to make sense of on your own.

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and careful attention to your unique experience. Through this process, therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more fully.

Together, we work to identify recurring emotional and relational patterns, explore where they may have come from, and gently begin to shift them. I support you to process emotions, develop greater self-awareness, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Therapy with me is collaborative and insight-oriented. Rather than giving advice, I aim to help you access your own internal clarity and develop more meaningful, sustainable ways of navigating life.
