My practice
Hi, I am an experienced AOD and mental health counsellor with over 7 years of industry experience in different sectors. I have conducted group therapy and also worked one-on-one with individual clients from varying backgrounds including family violence, complex needs, bereavement, grief & profound loss, anxiety issues and complex mental health issues. I have done master's degree in counselling and used diverse range of counselling therapies including client centered approach, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focussed therapy etc focusing always on the client’s best interest. My empathetic and non-judgemental approach caters to clients from varying multi-cultural background, age, gender and race.
