My practice
Protea Counselling provides a respectful, calm, non- judgemental, empathetic and confidential space which enables and empowers clients to reflect on, and process, their own life journey and experiences, leading to self-discovery, self-awareness, restorative healing and positive growth.
Using a Person-Centred Psychodynamically informed approach, coupled with a range of therapeutic evidence-based strategies and creative interventions, including sand tray therapy, Amanda draws on her training, her corporate and counselling experience, and her fundamental belief in the importance of relationship when working with clients - adults, children, couples and groups.
