About me

My practice
Are you the person who absorbs all the stress and worries within your relationships, constantly giving to others, yet, you often feel like your own needs are not met, or that you are not valued enough. You are not alone! Trying to be there for everyone whilst neglecting yourself can be exhausting but you already know that, maybe that's why you are here. Remember, reaching out for support is a sign of strength, it can help you recognise and work through the reasons why you might be focusing on others and ignoring your own needs.

Sometimes, it's tied to past experiences or being worried about changing things as that can feel scary and overwhelming. You might be healing from traumas/challenges that are causing stress which can lead to anxiety, depression or anger, amongst many other emotions. Counselling can help restore some balance to your mental wellbeing & relationships
