My practice
I’m a qualified psychotherapist and counellor based on the Mornington Peninsula, with a background in Chinese medicine and over a decade of experience supporting clients holistically. I work with adults, teens, and athletes experiencing anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain, stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and grounded in compassion. I integrate a range of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I also offer walk-and-talk sessions, ecotherapy, and online appointments
