About me

My practice
As a Registered Play Therapist (APTA), I provide play therapy support for children aged 3 - 10 with a wide range of social, emotional & behavioural challenges. I am also a Family Violence Counsellor & a Level 2 trained EMDR practitioner with a passion for supporting adoptive, foster & kinship care families. I provide counselling to adults impacted by complex trauma, as well as parent/caregiver victim-survivors of FV (especially where consent cannot be obtained for a child victim-survivor to access therapy). I can provide my services to both Self-Managed & Plan-managed individuals through the NDIS.
As a RPT, I use a combination of expressive arts & play-based modalities to engage children in the therapeutic process. I have extensive experience in the Family Violence sector & am thrilled to have added EMDR with adults & children to my list of therapeutic services. I am also a Synergetic Play Therapy Supervisor.
