About me

My practice
I am a solo practitioner in private practice providing counselling and clinical supervision via telehealth.

I am a trauma counsellor with 20 years experience, working in a variety of roles mostly in Sydney and London for the first half of my career. The past 10 years have been in private practice in rural NSW providing therapeutic treatment to adults with a history of complex trauma.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION: As an accredited supervisor I enjoy working with counsellors who are open to self reflection and looking to enhance their therapeutic practice. I enjoy working with newly qualified counsellors as well as those who are more experienced and looking to deepen their practice. I have a strong focus on self-care and avoiding/healing from burnout, as well as looking at transference and countertransference in order to enhance our practice.
