About me

My practice
Clinical Counsellor specialising in Career Counselling/Coaching and Grief and Loss Counselling. I take a client-centred approach, tailoring sessions to each individual's needs. A good listener, I provide a safe space for supporting clients.

In my Career Counselling work, I use a suite of tools to support clients in navigating new careers and lives. Clients will gain clarity around their values, strengths and goals, and develop strategies necessary for career change. They will feel more resilient, confident and empowered to reach their full potential in both their professional and personal lives.

I have extensive experience in a variety of industries, and with diverse age and cultural groups, am an “outside of the box” thinker, well-placed to offer alternative perspectives on problems and explore solutions to attaining a purposeful and healthier life.

In Grief and Loss Counselling, I support clients as they navigate painful losses.

I personally understand how difficult it can be to navigate some of life’s hardest challenges such as changing careers or dealing with a personal loss. The two things are connected and having supportive people around you can lighten the emotional load you are carrying.

Enhancing client wellbeing and confidence are at the heart of my practice.

Individual sessions are either face-to-face (in Brookvale, NSW), via MSTeams or Zoom, or phone.
