My practice
Rebecca is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in both counselling and nursing, and she brings a compassionate, practical approach to supporting clients through life’s challenges.

Rebecca works with people from all walks of life, whether in person or via Telehealth. Her journey into this work was deeply personal, shaped by her lived experience as a mother of premature twins navigating the NICU, and a late diagnosis of ADHD herself.

Rebecca has a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, those navigating perimenopause or menopause, and fellow healthcare professionals. Her goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
