I am an osteopath and psychotherapist with extensive experience in managing chronic pain, illnesses, CPTSD, and PTSD. My expertise spans the musculoskeletal system, physiology, and neuroscience, with a deep understanding of how trauma affects both mental health and the physical body. This foundation enhances my ability to provide comprehensive care.
