About me

My practice
I'm a registered Level 3 Mental Health Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and a Clinical Registrant with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

I work with adults and adolescents aged 15 and over, and have extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism. I'm particularly passionate about helping newly diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent clients explore and integrate their identities through a compassionate and affirming lens.

With a multicultural upbringing and lived experience of my own, I value working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds. I strive to create a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally-sensitive space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I can also incorporate Mandarin Chinese and Thai into our sessions should that feel helpful for you.

My counselling style is grounded in self-development and personal growth. Whether or not a formal diagnosis is part of your journey, I focus on your unique experiences and strengths—supporting meaningful change through connection, self-awareness, and practical strategies that align with your goals.
