About me

My practice
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and Brainspotting practitioner who has a counselling and psychotherapeutic practice that provides high quality and strictly confidential services in counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. My work supports people who suffer emotional and psychological pain as well as people who simply want to increase their self-understanding and emotional and mental growth and wellbeing. I am experienced in addressing a wide range of relational and psychological concerns including relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, grief, anger, trauma, adolescent health, anxiety and life adjustment concerns. Gestalt therapy combined with Brainspotting functions as a powerful neurobiological tool to support healing within the clinical relationship. I believe there is no replacement for a mature, nurturing therapeutic presence with the ability to engage another suffering human in a safe and trusting relationship where they feel heard, accepted, and understood.
