About me

My practice
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to engage in meaningful, sustained psychological work.

Many of the people I see are high-functioning in their external lives, yet experience recurring patterns in relationships, emotional strain, or a sense that something essential is not quite resolved. They are not looking for quick fixes, but for a deeper understanding of themselves and the way they relate to others.

My work is focused on identifying and shifting the underlying patterns that drive these experiences. This involves careful, structured exploration of emotional responses, relational dynamics, and the often-unseen processes that maintain them. Sessions are deliberate and reflective, creating space for clarity, precision, and change that is both grounded and enduring.

I have a particular focus on complex relational work, including couples navigating conflict, disconnection, or significant transitions, as well as individuals engaging with broader questions of meaning, identity, and life direction. I also work with those approaching later stages of life, where themes of ageing, loss, and mortality require a different level of depth and presence.

The process is collaborative but not passive. It requires a willingness to look honestly at one’s own patterns, tolerate discomfort, and engage consistently over time. In return, the work offers a more stable internal foundation, greater relational clarity, and the capacity to respond to life with increased awareness and intention.

This is a considered and selective practice. I work with a limited number of clients to ensure depth and continuity of care.
