About me

My practice
Supporting Individuals, Couples, and Families Across the Lifespan
I’m a warm and experienced clinical counsellor and supervisor based in Western Australia, offering in-person and online sessions for individuals, couples, and families – including children, adolescents, and adults. My practice is grounded in a person-centred, trauma-responsive approach, integrating a range of evidence-based therapies to meet the unique needs of each client.
I support clients experiencing:
- Adult and child ADHD
- Autism Spectrum presentations
- Anxiety, panic, and phobias
- Depression and emotional overwhelm
- Relationship distress and communication challenges
- Identity and life stage transitions
- Parenting concerns, including neurodiverse parenting
- Pre-marriage/pre-cohabitation preparation
- Grief and loss
- LGBTQIA+ affirming support
Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, processing grief, feeling stuck in a relationship, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore and grow. I bring over two decades of experience in helping roles – from early childhood work to mentoring, pastoring, and now clinical counselling – and I continue to be deeply curious about people and their stories.
As a registered supervisor, I also provide reflective, supportive supervision to counsellors, counselling students, chaplains, and ministry leaders. My supervision style is collaborative, ethically grounded, and tailored to your professional context, whether you’re in private practice, community work, or faith-based care.
I also work with EAP clients and have a strong understanding of workplace-related stress, trauma, and mental health challenges.
