About me

My practice
I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist offering individual therapy and therapeutic group experiences for people living with grief and loss, no matter the cause.
I hold grief as a deeply personal and evolving experience rather than something to be resolved or moved through in stages.

In individual sessions, I provide a grounded, compassionate space where clients can gently explore their emotions, relationships, and the impact of loss — whether recent, historic, or anticipatory.

Through my Weaving Memories groups and retreats, I integrate Gestalt psychotherapy with mindful creative practice. Weaving becomes both metaphor and medium — a way of honouring what has been, tending to what is, and creating something meaningful to carry forward.
