About me

My practice
I am a Jungian- Oriented Psychotherapist working with Adults and Adolescents in Richmond and Surrey Hills, Melbourne.
I support concerns such as anxiety, life transitions, identity, and relationships. My approach is collaborative, relational, and process-oriented, allowing space for each person’s experience to unfold in its own time. Many of the people I work with are seeking not just relief from symptoms, but a deeper understanding of themselves and their experience. My work is informed by Person-Centred Therapy and Analytical Psychology (Jungian-oriented therapy). At the core of my practice is creating a therapeutic environment that is warm, respectful, non-judgemental, and confidential. I understand how important it is to feel understood within the context of your own history and experience. Working with dreams can also be incorporated into therapy, supporting a deeper connection to meaning, inner experience, and self-understanding.
Before training as a therapist, I spent almost fifteen years working across documentary, live arts, education, and arts facilitation with both young people and adults. This background in the creative arts continues to inform my therapeutic work, particularly in valuing creativity, expression, and the complexity of individual experience. My work in education has also given me insight into the challenges many young people navigate. I offer sessions both in person and online (telehealth).
