About me

My practice
I use a holistic approach to therapy and have trained in Somatic Psychotherapy and obtained a Master of Gestalt Therapy.

These therapeutic modalities coupled with mindfulness and self regulation practices such as Meditation and Qi Gong help to regulate the mind, body, emotions and nervous system to manage anxiety, depression, stress and chronic illnesses.

Additional training in Substance Use, Addiction and Trauma further supports me to work with each individual and what is presenting in their lives. Through self regulation, awareness and connection we can begin to move towards a more stress free and joyful life.
