My practice
I am available now including Victim Support Services, so if you are going through a difficult time it can help to talk to someone. Whether you are dealing with emotional issues or are seeking practical support or for issues of addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, trauma, perinatal/postnatal or relationship difficulties, or are wanting to develop self-esteem, resilience and feel more in control, it can be both cathartic and healing to talk with someone who is totally supportive and non-judgemental. My role as a therapist is to help you see your situation more clearly.
